Dragos, the keeper, he was extremely helpful and assised us with nice tour recommendations.
The skimpy breakfast, consists on 1 drink and 1 pastry, not really much. Not enough light in reception area. Wifi in reception area only, not in our room.

Perfect location!!! 30 m from Piazza S.Pietro and from entrance to Vatican Museums. Clean room at the 6th floor of an old building, entirely renovated recently. Nice view from the window and good air-conditioner. The staff was very friendly and gave good advice about our city-tour, it was very pleasant and useful.
Breakfast was included, but it was a cup of coffee and croissant (so called Italian breakfast) at the café which was located in another building. It was very inconvenient. Our room was very small, there were just a bed, wardrobe and a very small bedside table. Bathroom equipment was very noisy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. It was very close to the Vatican. The room and bathroom were spotless. The price was very reasonable compared to others in the area.
They preferred payment in cash. It was okay, but it would have been nice to know this in advance.

The hotel locates in a beatiful side of Rome, just a few step from Vatican and 4-5 minutes on foot from subway station. Rooms are perfectly decorated by gobelin tapestries. Very freindly service staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and the shower is nice. Several cafe and traditional italian restaurants are closely located from the hotel. Probably, the best value for this money!

This is really a nice and safe place in the fifth floor (w/ elevator) of a typical Roman building. The room was comparably spacy with a big, north-facing (therefore, comfortable temperatures, even though I could not see an A/C and the high's were around 30 degrees centigrade outsight) window facing Piazza Risorgimento. The room was decorated tastefully, room and bath extremely clean and the people running the place very helpful and pleasant. You can't have breakfast on the room as the admittedly small breakfast (e.g. cornetto and cappuciono) is served in a nearby bar (2 min walking), but that was not really an issue, as I prefer to have breakfast out in the street anyway, at least in the Mediterranean countries. It is situated right next to the Vatican (5 min) and a major shopping area (Via Cola di Rienzo), but even to Piazza del Popolo and other major attractions on the opoosite bank of the Tiber its only a 15 min walk. Highly recommended in the 100 € range.

Very Central, next to the vatican, fifth floor of an large building. The manager was extremely helpful and kind helped us with many things. Rooms are with high ceilings, unlike a standard hotel room nicely decorated with large Renascence paintings and dark brown furniture.
If you are by car, keep in mind that in city parking is expensive. The residence doesn't have a parking of its own, it will cost 25euro/night. The bed was

The location is great! It's about 5 minutes walk from the St. Pietro Square and about 3 minutes from the vatican. The staff is helpful and polite and the room is spacious enough and comfortable to stay in.
The breakfast is measly. I would rather have a discount on the cost of the room than to have the breakfast if that's the quantity that can be provided. The 5% extra for admin charges should be made known a whole lot earlier than at the check in timing.

The owner is very frendly and helpful. The wifi Internet is fast. It's on the neighborhood of Vatican City, the parking is good on the streets (just 8 Euro per a day) or in a safe garage (27 Euro per night).
